Overall

This is a great shoe for workouts, especially grass workouts. I have a big stride and create a lot of force when I run, and this shoe fills the void between heavier trainers and too-light racing flats.

I've been using the Brooks PureCadence for the past 2 years for marathon training running an average of 50 miles per week. Most notably, I completed in the Boston Marathon 2014 running 2:58:04 and did all my training in the Brooks Pure Cadence. My primary complaint is the durability of the shoe.

Overall

Perfect fit for my narrow (2B) feet. Light, not full on minimal so it has enough cushioning; low drop. Very breathable. Only thing not perfect was the laces; had to switch out for better, flatter laces.
