I’m not sure that this was the right shoe for me

Anonymous runner · Jul 30, 2019

3/5

Overall

I got this expensive shoe thinking that because it was very popular, fancy, and high tech, it would be perfect. Well... It may not have been perfect for me. I think one of the biggest issues was that I thought I could use this shoe for all different types of runs. I run on trails, dirt roads, gravel, rocks, grass, and paved roads. This shoe was definitely not meant to handle all of that. I found that my feet really started to hurt during my long runs (10km on uneven surfaces) and it really felt like I could feel all of those little rocks beneath my feet. I also have flat feet (not high arches), I’m pretty sure my feet supinate, and I seem to be prone to hip/groin injuries. I don’t know if these shoes were designed with my issues in mind, and I really wish I would’ve done more research on them and found a better shoe for ME.

My go to shoe for long runs

Anonymous runner · Jul 27, 2019

Provides great cushioning, yet feels more responsive than any other softer sole shoe I've worn. As you start to push the pace, seems to get even more responsive.

The perfect shoe for tempos, fartleks and progressive long runs. Also ideal when out for a moderate run. Feels great from jog pace to 10k pace.
