Go to shoe with stability for distance XC training. Too heavy for racing. Am on my forth or fifth pair.

Saucony omni 16

4/5

Overall

Good for cushioning. Prevents heel pain for me personally. durable, as I run 50-70 miles a week and i run very hard. So it seems to help prevent injuries. Good stability shoe too.
