Overall

I've been eyeing this shoe for a while as I've been looking for different running shoes to run in for 2019. I decided to give Adidas Boost a try, so I started out with the Solar Boost, then Pure Boost DPR, and Ultra Boost. All great shoes, but all had something in common, WEIGHT. So I was on the hunt for a light weight shoe with boost and came across the Adizero Adios 4. I would add this shoe to my more fast runs, and in this category I am putting this up against my Vaporfly 4% (flyknit version to be more specific). Don't get me wrong I love my 4%'s I specifically like the 1st version better than the flyknit. But one major flaw for me was the durability of the sole of the shoe, in short after about 70-100 miles the shoes performance begins to wear down. So that brings me to the Adios 4, after about 100 miles now into the shoe its still feels great, it is light weight, not as light weight as the 4% but still light. It has great response and return, and provides enough support to aid during long fast runs. For me i'm running the shoe True to size, although it does run narrow, I would recommend trying on the shoe first. Due to the narrowness of the show, I personally like it as the shoe feels as more part of my foot. Most of my best marathon times have been in the Vapor Fly 4%, as I am just in training mode right now my best training times have now been in my Adios 4's. Would i switch to these for my next marathon? Possibly. Overall this is a great shoe that I would recommend to anyone looking for speed.
