All-around Star

4/5

Overall

Great for track intervals, faster paces, and really balances cushion with responsiveness. However, the lateral stability is a little lacking so they have to be toed very tight during track work to keep stable on the turns. It feels like a shoe you can race in as well as spikes (obviously a better choice for road races), though the traction flaps on the bottom could be more secured to the sole. Overall, 5/5 performer and maybe size down half a size if you have narrow feet.
