Brooks ruined their shoes

Overall

Used to be an avid Brooks Adrenaline runner for years but in the past 3-4 years they have completely ruined the shoe. It is heavy, bulky and not responsive to run fast in. Might be good for a heavier, slower runner because it does have good support but not a great shoe for a track athlete anymore.

The Adrenaline for the Long Haul

Overall

The Brooks Adrenaline is a phenomenal shoe. I've been wearing it for at least 5 years. The Adrenaline has grown up well and is a fairly consistent shoe, not changing too much from year to year. I am a fairly high mileage runner (compared to most) and this shoe stuck with me through 75 mile weeks. Highly recommend the shoe for 5k, 10k, or half marathon training.
