Overall
If you have bad running technique or your feet turn inward when you run, these shoes are literally perfect. So much support. These shoes are also perfect for jumping whether it be long jump or high jump. These shoes support my overpronation so it doesn’t hurt my feet,

I have been running in the adrenaline since the early 2000s; I am very pleased with the consistency of the shoe year to year but like most mass produced products in late stage capitalism - the durability is gone - these are 300 mile shoes now not the 500 mile shoes of 20+ years ago and they are pushing $175 USD a pair which is insane... sadly it isn't like any competitors are offering a way better show at a lesser price so we soldier on boats rowing ceaselessly against the current.
