Overall

It has been a good shoe for lower milage runs, but when I try and step up into higher mile runs (9+) the shoe seemingly does not provide much support on the way back.

Still not as good as the original Pure Flow but a big upgrade from the 2 and 3. Feels more comfortable and no longer has the tongue attached on the side which I never understood. I also like how they seemed to try for the most comfort adding cushion almost everywhere even the laces. I really enjoy it for the connection it gives me on the ground while still providing support that it doesn't kill my feet.
