Overall
Great shoe for my daily training needs. Enough cushion for my 59-year old legs, but not too spongy. Though I have lighter weight shoes, the Atomo can still be responsive enough to change gears for the occasional tempo or progression run. I've got close to 600 miles on them and still going.
