Overall

Good shoe. Technically a lightweight trainer I think (the mana 5 was a racing flat), but I use it to race half and full marathons because I haven't found another one I like (the adios I like, but the heel is too low so I get Achilles issues). I like the mana overall, but I would say it's a bit more tight than I would prefer as the narrowness/tightness can give me some foot pain at times. But overall, I stay healthy using it an d have used them for multiple half marathons and one full so they're ok. They're discontinued though and I'm on my last pair (I bought 4 total) so I need to find something else soon.
