Best up-pace training shoe out there.

5/5

Overall

I bought these shoes to use when training at faster paces and to have some variation in the shoes I run in. They currently have 200km on them and have worked for me sprinting on the track (so I can have a break from spikes) and on road up to 10k.

They're super light, very responsive, and last ages. One problem I've experienced with firmer carbon shoes is the lack of mileage your feet can endure in them but the carbon rods seem to have solved that.

You can tell they're for training purposes and not races, otherwise they'd be harder and snappier, but they're perfect for what they were made for.

Lastly, they're much cheaper than other substitutes for this shoe such as the vaporfly, yet they do the same job, if not better.

A Fun Time. You're Missing Out

4/5

Overall

These absolutely launch you. The energy rods feel much different than a plate. They sling you forward. It feels like your lower legs have turned into kangaroo legs. Very lightweight. These require pretty strong lower legs to take full advantage of. They favor a slower cadence. I have run fast middle distance reps in these but they are best suited for stuff a bit more distance oriented. I gave these a high value score because you can find them for very cheap and they are such a unique experience to run in it is worth buying just to feel what I mean.

Adizero TS9 - flies

5/5

Overall

Shoe is feather light on feet and the feet come up easier than running barefoot, but feels so natural. Those rods make the difference over a plate. Feels so much more casual and like a flat and unaggressive but blows some "aggressive" shoes out of the water
