Overall
Asics may be the most underrated shoe company. They don't break the bank, and feel as if they stack up to Nike in terms of trainers. The Gel line offers good support, and while it doesn't have the most cushioning ever, beware of thick gravel, it counteracts that in bounce and durability.

Overall
After years of wearing New Balance shoes, a sales rep at Snail's Pace suggested I try the Asics Gel-Cumulus 26 to help with my plantar fasciitis. She nailed it! It has now been three months and I am very happy with the switch.
