I like the way it feels even after running in it for two months At first, I didn't like the gray color, but I've grown accustomed to it.

Brooks Ghost 10

5/5

Overall

This shoe has been incredible to me. Over the past few years I had been very injury prone. About a year or so ago I decided to give my shoes a switch so I tried out the Ghost 9, and I'm never going back. A couple months ago I moved on to the Ghost 10 and they were even better. While these shoes are a little heavy, they are very comfortable. For someone like me who tends to be prone to foot injuries, these have been ideal. I would highly recommend these shoes for both competitive and noncompetitive for a truly comfortable experience.

Ghost 10 Another Fantastic Iteration

4/5

Overall

For the second year in a row, Brooks managed to produce a fantastic update to what has become one of the hallmark neutral models in the running specialty industry. After the dismal 7 and 8 (which I would regard to be some of the worst neutral models in the last half decade by any of the major players), Brooks turned it around with the Ghost 9, and even moreso with the 10. I would go as far as to suggest that the Ghost 10 may be the best neutral running shoe in the industry this year. The minor adjustments to the forefoot have increased its flexibility. The open mesh in the toe box is reminiscent of Nike's efforts over the past several years. This is a tremendous improvement over what was by far my biggest complaint with the Ghost 9 (the restrictive and uncomfortable cover over the tip of the toe box. This is by far the most cushioned Ghost within the series. They've continued to perfect the heel counter as well, providing just enough cushion and structure. While the lacing can be a bit loose up toward the toe box, this is the only (and quite picky) complaint or room for improvement that I can come up with. Although the new Levitate wears the crown as the most cushioned Brooks model, the Ghost wins out in my opinion for several reason. The Ghost is not only lighter, but also offers greater depth in the toe box and comes in at a much more reasonable price. This is certainly one of the better Brooks updates and one of the best neutral shoes on the market this year.

Excellent value and comfort for the Ghost 10. Made it 450+ miles before the shoe started to break down. It definitely gets the job done.
