A firm ride, providing good cushioning. Good neutral shoe, that wears well. My 3rd pair, having brought the 2 previous models. These replaced my Hoka Cliftons, which while still my favourite shoe straight out of the box seem to fairly quickly lose their bounce & I had to replace after 250 miles. I’m a heavier runner these days, which may be part of the problem

It's the only one for me

Overall

I have worn this shoe off and on for 25 years (since high school). Every other shoe/brand I've ever worn has led to an injury. At this point, I only trust Brooks Glycerins. Worth every penny.
