Overall

Good shoe for me. It's got a bit of EVA in the midfoot - a little support, but basically a minimalist shoe. 6mm drop (I think). Unless you are very light and efficient, not an everyday shoe, probably. I am 6ft 4, 165lbs, relatively efficient, neutral stride. Works well for me, but I wouldn't use it if running every day. Would alternate with a more cushioned shoe for easy days.
