Overall

I bought a dozen of them some years ago when Mizuno decided to discontinue them. I have had an excellent experience in them. They have a flexible forefoot, the rear of the shoe is not too stiff and does not have a high-rising heel counter. The forefoot is wide, rear foot pretty narrow. They strike me as "neutral" shoes, not stability, but I don't know if that is the case, I never looked it up. Great shoes, I love em, which is why I stocked up when they were discontinued.
