Really light. I only wear them on treadmills so I cannot attest to the durability in the elements.

Overall

The shoes is lighter than 940v1 but seems like they removed shoe and made it less durable. Also feel like the shoes offers less pronation control and cushioning than the previous model. Lasted for only about 400 miles when previous model would still be going strong past 600 miles.
