Fast shoe for efficient runners.

Overall

Shoe is extremely light and has no plush extras. Stepping in, it is a bit bare bones but that is helps it be that much lighter. The cushioning is quite firm and responsive but not springy. You really feel the ground while running. The outsole traction tends to slip on wet pavement so best for dry pavement and tracks only. This shoe is really built for tempos, speedwork, and racing. Probably better for the lighter efficient runner. Heavier and slower runners, this shoe will beat up your feet.
