Very good cushion and structure. Does kinda hurt my toes when going down a steep incline though.

Overall

Cushion/sole: Good cushioning at least from a rookie point of view, allows running also on asphalt. I noticed that during the colder months (0-12°C) the shoe felt quite noticably stiff, so perhaps there are some better options still for all season running. During warmer months the shoe feels supple and has quite good grip, I've never had to worry about slipping. Fit: I have the womens wide version of this shoe in use: there is enough room in the toebox but the heel does not seem to be quite snug enough to guide the foot, if your gait needs some help. Mine does. For my next running shoes I'm looking for a shoe with narrower heel but similar toebox. The shoes have served me well enough for the last 6 months, but I notice I am careful not to step on anything sharp. There is a lot of the soft cushioning exposed on the outsole of the shoe, which makes me careful. But so far no incidents and shoes feel good still! All in all I would say it is a solid running shoe and it will not slow you down.
