Overall
This shoe is very comfortable and can feel too soft, at times. Overall, as a 48 YO, slow jogger it is right in line with what I need for an average base run. I switch to a more responsive shoe when picking up the pace.

15 mpw training for a half marathon

Love these shoes; I own 8 pair of them. They give plenty of cushion. I use them for the majority of my runs. In endurance racing, I have used them for a 50 miler ultramarathon and a 100k ultramarathon. They have been perfect. Theses shoes have a high stack, but are not wobbly. The cushion lasts around 300-400 miles. My only complaint is the durability of the outsole. It starts to show wear at 150 miles. I am currently training for a 6 hour endurance run, and I will be wearing them! I do not use them for speedwork, but they hold up well for up-tempo runs.

This shoe ran half size too big for me. It has huge toe box as well. I got blisters on bottom of forefoot. Overall it felt nearly identical to Hoka Bondi. I wanted to love this shoe for recovery/easy runs but it didn’t work like I hoped mostly since it felt too big.
