Newton Kismet

5/5

Overall

I have been running in a version of the this shoe for the past three years. Newton's require some adjustment and break in. Once I became accustomed to the shoe I realized a couple of things. It made it much easier to run up on my mid foot and it made me a more efficient runner. I ran faster with less effort.
