Good shoe for light runners. I used to run in 5 fingers but could not do long runs without my legs getting beat up. I use it for mostly running on soft natural surfaces

Pretty much all I've been running in the last 7-8 years or so. Light, comfortable, breathable (typically run without socks). Not incredibly durable, I've had issues with the heel or toe ripping after not too many miles, but not in a way that has affected performance.

I like the minimalism of the free v 3.0 but I like the older versions better. The newer versions are too souled up.
