Overall

Overall it's an OK shoe. The comfort is alright during a race but it's super tight for most people. I didn't love it but I enjoyed the responsive cushioning due to the carbon fiber plate located in the forefoot, around the spikes creating a horseshoe shape. The durability is great, I used it for a track season, for a track workout, and then for a cross country race. Don't use this as a track spike, your feet will feel like a wedge in it. But on grass, it feels much much much better. The appearance is actually really nice, as the archband is typically colored. The value is alright, but this shoe is designed for a very small amount of people, such as the Nike athletes that used this.
