Pros

  • All four reviewers so far rate comfort 5 out of 5, and one barely gets sore from racing in them.
  • Runners race it from 1500m to the 10K and in cross country.
  • At 3.8 oz, light even among racing spikes.

Cons

  • Durability is the weakest dimension at 3.8 out of 5, and one reviewer calls it horrible.
  • One reviewer finds it has less pop than a Nike Zoom Victory over 800m.

Racing Spike

5/5

Overall

I used this for all my track races and even some xc, so I've had it for everything from the 800 to 10k. Shoe fit well and was responsive. Didn't have as much pop as a victory would in the 8, but that's to be expected. Great shoe.

Terrific spike

5/5

Overall

terrific spike for 1500m-5000m. Definitely recommend this shoe whether you heel strike or midfoot strike. I am able to close a fast last lap in these yet they feel very comfortable in the early parts of the race. barely get sore from them too.

Long Event Spike

5/5

Overall

A great spike for true distance events, such as the 5k or 10k, but also usable for shorter events. High quality and lightweight. Not particularly aggressive, but you definitely will feel fast. Easily one of the better spikes on the market.
