Fastest Shoe I've Ever Run In

I love this spike so much. The fit is quite snug in the forefoot which can make this shoe hard to put on without loosening the laces a bit but that's how a racing shoe should be. I will say the laces do sometimes dig into the top of the foot where I tie them. The upper is very breathable and if you wanted to, you could go sockless with this spike, I personally don't but I've seen people do this before. The midsole is super responsive and propulsive. My only concern is the durability of it. I don't know how long the foam will last but I'd guess 2 or 3 seasons. The plate kind of feels like placebo. I'm sure it makes a difference but on foot I don't feel any propulsion. Maybe my foot strike isn't taking advantage of it enough. But this spike can go fast in al events from the 400 to the 3200.

Best spike I’ve ever worn

Overall

This was the first (and only) plated shoe I’ve owned. I was in a pair of paper thing Saucony spikes before this, so it was a huge change. The amount of cushion is unusual for a spike but it feels great. It kind of forces you to run up on your heels.
