Pros

Overall

Extremely cushioned and comfortable, more so than the air zoom victories. Is it worth $150? Depends, but even so, it seems like they are easier to find on sale now. Also a lot more durable than air zooms - I’ve worn mine since spring 2021 with multiple races each season (including cross country)

Dragonfly Review - Good Track Spike

5/5

Overall

I'd rate these a 10/10. They're relatively expensive but worth it. There's a reason why you'll see every good (state-level HS / good collegiate) athlete wearing these. I think they've helped me by about 10 seconds in the 3200, 1 in the 800, and 3 in the 1600, and I think they'd do the same for any 4:00-4:20 miler. One underrated feature is that they don't absolutely destroy your legs. You can double after running a fast 4x800 leg and your legs won't feel shot. You also won't run enough in these that they'll wear down since it's a track spike. I've run about 30 miles in them and they feel the same.
