How settled the rating is against every other rated shoe. A shoe can rate high on confidence with relatively few reviews of its own when its product line has a long record and external ratings from retailer sites agree. Confidence is low when we have few ratings or when runners disagree.

Pros

  • Durability averages 4.5 out of 5 across its two reviews, and one of them has run in it nearly every day for a year with it holding up.
  • Averaging 8.3 oz across the men's and women's builds, it is lighter than the 8.9 oz median for trail shoes for sale.

Cons

  • Cushioning and value both average 2.5 out of 5 across those two reviews, with comfort at 3.0.
  • One reviewer finds the hard plastic beside the laces rubs against the outside of the foot.

Hard plastic makes this shoe uncomfortable

2/5

Overall

Maybe that's just me, but hard plastic at both sides of the knitted shoe (which is meant to hold shoelaces), rubs to some bone on the outer side of the foot. That's annoying for shorter distances and may cause injury on longer ones

Shoes for running

3/5

Overall

I’ve been running in these shoes nearly every day for about a year since I’ve got them and they are holding up fairly well. They aren’t the best looking running shoes I’ve had or the most comfortable but they are lasting a long time.
