How it ranks
The adidas adizero Adios 8 ranks among the stronger racing shoes in our data. Looks and durability are its strongest sub-ratings. Cushioning scores well below its other sub-ratings. The rating rests on 16 runner reviews and 7 other rated shoes in the adizero Adios product line.
Confidence
How settled the rating is against every other rated shoe. A shoe can rate high on confidence with relatively few reviews of its own when its product line has a long record and external ratings from retailer sites agree. Confidence will score low when we have few ratings or when runners disagree.
Confidence

Overall
A super comfortable, lightweight supportive shoe that is geared toward track workouts and shorter races. The fit is higher volume, so good for normal to wider feet. I haven't tried the Takumi Sen series, but my understanding is if you have narrow feet, those are the better option in the Adidas line.

7 mpw training for a marathon

Overall
I like this shoe. It is similar to the previous version, but it developed rips in the upper in both shoes before 150 km of use, which is disappointing. I use it as an everyday trainer.
