Great shoe for cruising - faster miles

Anonymous runner · Sep 28, 2025

5/5

Overall

Fell in love with my first pair of these shoes. I love the way they propel through the footstrike. They are relatively stiff and are not super cushioned, but I consistently feel faster than in any of my recent training shoes. I have 4 pair of these now to keep one pair in my rotation for quicker days (workouts or shorter easy miles I want to keep quick).

The most versatile trainer on the market

Isaiah Winter · Sep 28, 2025

5/5

Overall

The Adidas Adios 6/7 (since they’re essentially the same shoe, just with some slight tweaks to the upper) is easily the most versatile shoe on the market. While using a pebax foam sole within an eva frame is nothing new(Peg turbo 2, NB Propel to name a few), the adios is the best execution of this in my humble opinion. If youre tired of maximalist cushioning, and want something snappy that feels pretty good at slower paces, and god like at tempo and above, look no further. Great for tempoing, speed work, and even easy days.
