The shoe fits me very well, is extremely comfortable, performs well and is very durable. The only problem is that adidas has stopped making it.

I have been running in this shoe for about four years (started in version 1) and have never been injured. It is a light weight moderate stability shoe and provides enough support for runs as long as 20+ miles but is light and responsive enough for 5-10 mile tempo and threshold runs. I am 5'-11" and 165-175 pounds and have a moderate pronation so I put a lot of wear on a shoe.

The adidas Aegis is the perfect neutral training shoe for me. Unfortunately, adidas has ceased to make this brand of running shoe. Otherwise, I would never buy a different model of running shoe ever again.
