Brooks Beast is very supportive and lighter weight

Overall

Over the years I have tried many different running shoes to give me true comfort(cushion and support for my flat feet) The Brooks Beast GTS 23 is phenomenal. This shoe has really helped keeping me injury free after years of off and achilles tendinitis issues. The stable platform for a flatter foot with over pronation is amazing! I would definitely recommend the Brooks Beast for any distance running and or walking.
