Good for masters types

Overall
After 20 years of running, I’m starting to get some aches and pains, especially in my feet and knees and these shoes have the extra structure I need to keep running. That’s the good of the shoes. They are heavy and not great for faster running, but they will get you through a workout in good enough order. If just going out and enjoying your run is a your goal, these are the perfect shoes.
