4th pair of Defyance. I like a cushioned, but not too cushioned shoe that has some responsiveness to it. I switched from the glycerin to the defyance when the glycerine became too cushy. Brooks seem to fit my foot the best. I have a narrow rearfoot, but a wider forefoot.
