Overall

I have had injury problems in the past but not with this shoe. I started with Nike Air Pegasus 14 years ago in high school, but changed to Mizuno Wave Creation after some joint inflammation related injuries. Then the Mizuno Wave Creation 14 was too much of a change for me and did not feel right. I tried every shoe in the store and the Brooks Glycerin won easily. The 10 and 11 are the best shoes I have worn. I have not tried the Glycerin 12 yet but hope Brooks has kept with the winning formula.

Overall

Comfortable neutral cushion shoe. Very durable. I have trained for multiple marathons with the Glycerin 11 and have been very satisfied.

Overall

In the past I ran in support rather than neutral shoes, but I have been drifting to preferring a neutral shoe. The Glycerin 11 is a neutral shoe but I still found it very supportive, particularly in the arch and forefoot. It's also a comfortable shoe with a roomy toe box. The only negative is that it is heavier than some other trainers, but it is extremely durable.
