Brooks Launch as a daily trainer

5/5

Overall

The shoe was very comfortable and I would trust it for anything from trail runs, to tempo runs, to even races, if it didn't have too many miles on it. Its probably the most versetile shoe that I've run in, and if I had to choose one shoe for everything this would probably be it. It has good propulsion, but is also really stable and doesn't feel like its interfering with my technique at all. I know that the Brooks Launch is more designed as a tempo/threshold shoe, but using it as a daily trainer worked great for me, especially since I like a bit of power from my shoes. For asthetic appeal too, the shoe is great, and the color choices are well done. The laces did become somewhat mangled on one of the shoes however, I don't know if it was a defect in my specific shoe, or if the laces they used were prone to breakage, but that didn't really interfere with my running either.

Quick turn over light weight

5/5

Overall

Quick turn over light weight good for speed work or longer runs.  I alternate the Launch with the Ghost depending on type of run. Overall comfortable and doesn’t interfere with natural stride

Best training shoe at great price.

5/5

Overall

I usually go to local running store with an open mind and try on different things and end by buying the launch.  They are just the most comfortable shoe for the long haul.  I usually have two pairs different colors to rotate.  Great for the 50 mile week runner.  Even in trails.
