I bought this shoe for my easy runs and long runs for college training and they have exceeded my expectations. I will continue to purchase these trainers for all my future training. The stack height and comfort is perfect and it feels light on foot. The design of the shoe is very nice as well, I could definitely pick up the pace and do some speedwork if I wanted to. The grip and foam beneath the shoe is very durable as it is still holding up well despite nearing 700 miles. The top did start to see some tears after 500 miles, but they have not been affecting the performance of the shoe in my opinion. I believe that the max milage you can get out of this shoe is 700 miles. I will be buying a new pair soon. Lastly, I only enjoy these for running. Walking around in them feels awkward for me.
