Great shoes for speed and threshold track workouts as well as long runs. My go-to shoe.

Comfortable, Light, and Springy

5/5

Overall

I loved the Endorphin Speed 2s for their lightness, speed, and rolling effect to propel me forward. I was nervous about trying the 3s because I loved the 2s so much, and at first I found the 3s a little stiffer. Over a few runs, however, they became light and springy. I always reach for these in long runs and speed workouts because of their energy return and overall comfort.

Far Inferior to the Speed 2

4/5

Overall

WHY did Saucony ever replace the Endorphin Speed 2s, which were the best lightweight trainers ever? The 3s are less comfortable, less durable, and have less "speed" than the 2s. The outsole is already worn through on the heel after 250 miles, whereas the same place on my older Speed 2s was still intact after 600 miles. Plus they sometimes make my achilles sore.

Possibly my favorite, most versatile shoe ever

5/5

Overall

I've used this for 20 mile long runs, tempo runs, track day, easy days.  It's comfy, nicely cushioned, has that bit of support that I like/need.  If you want just a single shoe in your quiver... this is the one.
