Hupanas Lack Durability of a class Hoka

3/5

Overall

Although the Hupana felt super responsive and pretty fast, I was disappointed with how quickly it deteriorated. It could be because I have an unfavorable strike pattern on the outside of the sole, but the upper ripped in the lateral side of the toebox within 150 miles. By 250 miles, the cushioning on the bottom outside of the shoe was pretty torn up. Now maybe a racer should only be thought to last 250-300 miles, but I was hoping to get a bit more out of the Hupana.
