Overall

I have had 12 pairs of Musha shoes. I weigh 190 lbs and can usually get 300 miles on a pair, a good week will be 50-60 miles but usually I get 30-40 miles of running on the road each week. For me they're the best mix of low profile/minimal and support that I could find. Mizuno shoes also have heel cups that fit my feet very well. I wish they had less of a heel/toe drop.
