Overall

Used to run in Asics 2000 series. Heavy but protective. Moved to Nike Lunarglide -- protective and lighter. Tried Mizuno Musha as a ligihtweight alternative: needed *some* support (flat feet; old man) but wanted lighter weight and lower heel drop (Lunarglide is 13mm; Musha is 8mm). Love love LOVE the Musha. Sufficient cushion; sufficient support; GREAT road feel and the LIGHTEST support shoe I could find. Of course: discontinued. I bought several pairs in reserve. I also run long runs in Saucony Guide.
