Overall

I use the ronins for tempos, track workouts and races longer than 5k up to the marathon. They are the best flat I've ever worn. Snug enough to feel like a glove but open enough in the forefoot to not rub anywhere. I get a good number of miles (350-400) before I consider them shot.
