Overall

I use it 2 times a week for faster tempos and intervals. Great shoe. I have tried all shoe brands and run 60 miles a week, and will stick with Mizuno from now on....I have the Hitogami, the Musha 5, The Sayonara, and the Elixer....my only complaint is that Mizuno often shifts the shoes too much when introducing the next model. For instance, Musha 3 was amazing. Musha 4 a bit too rigid (less neutral).

Loved it, bought 6 pairs (starting with v3) before they discontinued it, then bought 4 more on clearance. Good on every surface. I took the insole out of the shoe (as I do with most running shoes).

Light and surprisingly durable. The sole is starting to wear thin under the ball of my feet and will need replacing soon. I don't keep track of my shoes miles or how long I've owned them for but I feel like I've owned these shoes longer than any other running shoes and they still look a lot better than my previous shoes before they were replaced.
