What you like

4/5

Overall

A shoe really depends on what you like unless you want to spend a few hundred. The Mizuno wave Shadow 2 is a good shoe, the sole feels thin but offers a good return on impact. It has held up well for 200 miles so far. I alternate right now between these and the Diadora which has much more cushioning. These are my favorite. They fit well and feel right.

Just an all around decent shoe. Doesn’t do anything great but does everything pretty well. I can run long, run tempo, run intervals, and it never feels totally out of its depth.
