Previously ran in Adidas Supernova Glide 3's. Picked the 880v3 over the new Glide's. Still think the Glide 3 was more comfortable (and much less expensive) but they don't them anymore, unfortunately. Very satisfied with the 880v3's so far; would buy again. + Very comfortable + Looks pretty good - Relatively-high heel drop - Exterior "netting" tears very, very quickly (has no structural function for the shoe so it's not a big deal if you just run in them) Overall: 9/10 due to the comfort

I am taller and heavier than most runners - 6 foot, 3 inches and 213 pounds. I wear a B width so something from the New Balance line is always my current shoe. This shoe fits well, has good cushioning, has a neutral design and helps me. The bottom does wear out rather easily. I only run 20 miles a week - drills, tempo, one long run.

I switched from Mizuno to New Balance shoes in 2010 when my running club became sponsored by the company. I have never had any issues with the shoes. I do have orthodics I've been wearing for 10 years and I have often said that any shoe I wear is just a vessel for my orthodics, but that being said I'm happy
