Faster than the Vaporfly, and more comfortable

5/5

Overall

I can run faster, with less effort, a lower heart rate, while enjoying the cushioning this shoe offers with its stack height and ZoomX foam. This is noticeably better than the Vaporfly 3. My only complaint is it sometimes will rub against my arch but does not cause blisters. I am not a fan of the shape of the heel, either (this is purely cosmetic preference).

Costly, but worth it

5/5

Overall

I've had trouble with hammertoes, the alphafly  series ever since they were introduced , is the only comfortable shoe I can wear, I  also train in the brooks ghost to save wear on the alphafly, but prefer the alphafly , the 3% is the most comfortable yet, wide enough in the front so my toes aren't scrunched and I love the tightness in the heels, I'm 6'2" and weigh 166 so I only get about 240 miles per pair , but it's well worth it!
