Overall

A good shoe that held up running on a variety of surfaces (road, track, trail) for a few months. Managed to get about 750 miles in them before I had to retire them. Super flexible with a wide toebox, it is a good shoe for those craving a minimal feel. One thing that I love about this shoe that I don't like about other minimal shoes (like many of the Merrell minimalist shoes) was that it doesn't have high arch, so your foot is free to run without constrictions. The minimus is still noticeably more of a shoe than the fivefingers. There is a slight amount of cushioning in the minimus, as well as a 4mm heel to toe drop, so you do get some (albeit a small) cushioning underfoot. Also, since running in this shoe, I feel that my foot (arch, ankles, etc) have gotten stronger, and are less likely to get injured. They seriously strengthen your ankles and arch, since the minimal aspects of this shoe forces the foot and surrounding area to get stronger to get stronger. Overall, a good shoe in the minimalist category that is very comfortable and durable.
