Great lightweight trainer

Overall

The Newton Fate 4 is a great lightweight training shoe. I am a masters middle distance runner who doesn’t run a lot of miles but like the extra forefoot cushioning and how light the shoe is. It is light enough to do most track workouts in.

Overall

I really like running in Newton’s Fate series. They are comfortable, lightweight, and durable. I prefer a lightweight trainer and these are light enough to run track workouts in.
