To my delight, I found Nike's Alphafly 3 to be a well-fitting shoe with a fantastic combination of stiffness and softness. I'm a small, female runner and I take short, punchy steps, and I found that I could pop along rapidly at my cruising speeds, but also push it to high level, all-out efforts, all while knowing that I had to secure footing that wouldn't wobble on a narrow last as I found with some renditions of the Nike Vapofly.
