Pretty good for runners who don't need much

Overall

This shoe is really good for those who don't need that much cushioning or drop. The drop on these is around 4mm, so for those who run up on their toes a bit more, its perfect. They look really nice too. Only downside is that they don't last more than about 450 miles. You can probably still run in them after that, but you risk injuring yourself.

Nike Free RN Distance -- Actually a great shoe

Overall

4mm drop, very good training shoe if you have strong ankles. Very little support but it really helps you engage lower leg muscles and fosters a forefoot/midfoot strike while still being padded.
