Overall

Good shoe for shorter runs and some intermediate speed work. On longer runs the lack of cushioning and more minimalist design makes the legs tire faster. The velcro fastening works well and is very comfortable but doesn't handle turns well at speed. I really enjoy how light and responsive the shoe is and it does help build up ankle strength to run in a minimalist shoe like this. I found the sock to be too tight on the ankle and initially really constricted my achilles but has loosened up in time.
